Information you choose to share

When you contact us, you may provide your name, email, optional phone number, selected package (if any), company or website, a description of your process, tools and desired outcome. When the inquiry service is configured, the contact form submits your details to our secure processing endpoint, stores an inquiry record and attempts to send a notification through our business email provider. The custom builder may attach the brief you prepared. Do not include passwords or highly sensitive personal information. If the service is unavailable, the form shows an error instead of falsely claiming that a message was sent.

Why we use it

We use inquiry details to understand your request, reply, discuss feasibility and, if you choose to proceed, prepare and deliver a scoped service. We do not sell inquiry details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Theme preference and local storage

The site stores your manual light or dark theme choice in your browser. The custom builder stores selected services locally so your draft survives a return visit. You can clear either through your browser’s site data settings.

Sharing and retention

Inquiry submissions may be processed using Cloudflare services and our transactional email provider, and direct emails are processed by the email services used by you and Dancing Ghost. Information may also be shared with a tool provider when required for a project you approve. We keep inquiry information only while needed to respond, scope work, meet agreed obligations or satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements, then delete or anonymize it where practical.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent. Email [email protected] and we will review the request in light of applicable law and any contractual or recordkeeping duties.

Third-party content and updates

Pages may link to external tools. A video player is loaded only if you choose to play an available video. This policy may be updated as site features or providers change; the updated date will appear above.
