n8n Automation Services for Connected Business Workflows

Connect your tools. Give repetitive work a reliable path.

We scope client-owned n8n workflows around documented access, clear review points and real test cases. Start with one process and the systems it needs to connect.

WHERE WORK GETS STUCK

Give disconnected work a defined next step.

Automation helps when the source, destination, reviewer and exception path are clear. These are common starting points for a scoped discussion.

01

Repeated data entry

The same details are copied between tools, with no agreed field mapping or exception path.

02

Leads between systems

A form and CRM need a defined handoff, duplicate rule and team alert.

03

Disconnected tools

Email, spreadsheets and business applications hold related work in separate places.

04

Slow internal handoffs

People need to know when the next step is ready or when a decision needs review.

05

Inconsistent notifications

A useful event can be missed when its destination and failure path are unclear.

06

Unclear failures

A workflow needs agreed alerts, retry rules and a person to handle exceptions.

WHAT WE CAN SCOPE

The right n8n work depends on the process.

Setup, individual workflows and ongoing care are different pieces of work. We confirm the useful combination before quoting it.

Client-owned n8n setup

Choose a scoped Cloud or self-hosted setup in your own account. Hosting, subscriptions, server hardening and ongoing administration are separate.

Workflow implementation

Define the trigger, fields, output, approval points and exception path for the process you want to connect. The build is scoped separately from setup.

CRM and application connections

Route one agreed lead source to a CRM or map fields one way between two documented apps, subject to authorized access and a written scope.

Documented API connections

Connect one documented endpoint when access and feasibility are confirmed. Complex authentication and undocumented APIs need separate assessment.

Error alerts and safe retry

Add an agreed failure route to one workflow, with duplicate safeguards, retry limits and a clear escalation path.

Diagnosis and repair

Investigate a defined workflow problem first. Repair work receives its own scope rather than an open-ended fix commitment.

Testing and handover

Check agreed normal and exception cases with a named reviewer, then provide the documented handover included in the written scope.

Explore the defined automation services or compare the existing solution families. Choosing an n8n setup option does not include every capability above.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO HANDOVER

A practical path from idea to tested workflow.

We need authorized access, usable samples and a named reviewer before planning the build. The written scope sets the test and approval points.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Show us the current process, intended outcome, tools, sample inputs and the person who will review it.

  2. 02

    Scope

Agree access, fields, duplicate rules, approval points, exceptions, tests and fees in a written Order Summary.

  3. 03

    Build

Configure only the approved connections and workflow steps in the agreed client-owned environment.

  4. 04

    Test

Use agreed samples to check expected outputs, failure routes and human handoffs before acceptance.

  5. 05

    Handover

Review the result together and transfer the agreed notes, configurations and responsibilities.

ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOWS

See how a defined handoff could work.

These are examples, not completed client projects or bundled offers. Feasibility, integrations and approval rules are confirmed for each project.

Form → CRM → Team alert

An agreed form can send mapped lead fields to one CRM and alert the team, with a duplicate rule confirmed in scope.

Booking → Calendar → CRM

A booking source, calendar and CRM can follow a defined confirmation and duplicate-handling path.

Email → Classification → Review queue

One inbox can sort messages into agreed categories and route them for a person to review.

Application event → Approved tool → Status update

One documented event and authorized tool action can produce an agreed status alert, with approval for important writes.

PRICING AND SCOPE

Start with the setup you actually need.

These are separate, one-time starting options for client-owned n8n setup. A workflow build is scoped and priced independently.

Client-owned n8n Cloud setupFrom $750

Setup in the client-owned Cloud account. Provider subscriptions and any workflow implementation are separate.

Client-owned self-hosted n8n setup$1,500

Setup in the agreed client-owned environment. Hosting, server hardening and ongoing administration are separately scoped.

API integrations, troubleshooting, error handling, care, hosting, subscriptions, model/API usage and other third-party costs are separate where applicable. Final scope, delivery estimate, milestones and fees are confirmed in a written Order Summary. See approved package pricing and working terms.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions to settle before connecting tools.

A useful n8n workflow starts with clear access, ownership and review responsibilities.

Can you use our existing n8n instance?
Potentially. We first review authorized access, the current configuration and the workflow you want to change. Diagnosis and any implementation work are scoped separately.
Is n8n setup the same as a complete workflow build?
No. The client-owned setup options cover the agreed instance setup. Forms, CRM routing, API connections, alerts and other workflows are separate services or custom work confirmed in an Order Summary.
Can you integrate our CRM or internal tools?
When the tools offer documented integrations or authorized API access and the connection is feasible. Sources, fields, direction, permissions and exceptions are agreed before a build. Undocumented APIs or complex authentication need separate scope.
Who owns the workflow and credentials?
Client accounts and data remain under client control. Authorized access, transferable configurations, third-party licenses and handover responsibilities are defined in the written Order Summary.
How are errors and exceptions handled?
We define the failure route and a human reviewer for each agreed workflow. Error alerts and duplicate-safe retries can be scoped separately for one workflow with agreed limits and safeguards.
What ongoing maintenance is included?
A completed build includes the agreed handover and correction of confirmed implementation defects for 30 calendar days after accepted handover. Scheduled care is separate; 24/7 response or monitoring requires its own written support schedule.
